ASHTANGA MYSORE STYLE
Mysore style allows students to practice at their own pace. The teacher guides students by giving them the next posture only when they are ready. This form of yoga requires the students to be held responsible for their own practice. Ultimately, students will begin to memorize the sequences with which they feel most comfortable. The next posture will come from the next breath; the practice will become a part of you.
Mysore is inspiring. This practice allows ordinary people to achieve extraordinary things. It is a tremendous experience being able to start with your peers and watch them work hard to get where they are. Mysore is typically practiced early in the morning as prana is at its highest then and all is still. You then have the rest of the day to yourself.
Community is paramount, and the instructor knows each individual student’s learning style and learning curve. This creates an energy of interconnectedness. Ashtanga Mysore is a challenging form of yoga as it requires you to challenge yourself because the teacher is not going to challenge you!
Hatha flow
A softer and more restorative form of yoga, Hatha Yoga aims to bring all sides of the body into balance. Translated from the Indian Sanskrit words ‘Ha’ meaning sun and ‘tha’ meaning moon, Hatha refers to the balance of the day and night, positive and negative, and male and female. It is the balance of Yin and Yang. Hatha Yoga works by mastering body position (Asana) and breathing techniques (Pranayama) and promotes the soul’s vibrant health by tapping into the body’s energy chakras. Practice in Hatha flow will create a love within you and a desire to practice. This form of yoga will give you a tool to work with in your everyday life.

THE YOGA RETREAT - DETOX THAILAND PROGRAMS
Our detox programs are designed to remove large amounts of toxic waste materials from your system allowing your body to rebuild and rejuvenate, and giving you more vitality while helping prevent illness.
What is a Detox
While your mind and soul may take a vacation, your body is always on call. A detox is a great way to give your digestive system a break so your body can focus its energy into cleansing, renewing, and reinvigorating the systems that allow you to live a better life. Physically and emotionally intertwined, a detox works best when you are in a peaceful, nurturing space where you can be open and express yourself openly.
The detox is as important as what you do before and after your program. It is important to enter into the detox smoothly and break it seamlessly. Your body will enter a resting period and you can help it by helping yourself. For this reason, it is important to prepare yourself physically and mentally before entering into a detox.
